This policy explains how EventFlow handles account, guest, ticket, scan, marketplace, and payment-related data across the platform.

Information we process

  • We process account identity data, event records, guest lists, tickets, scans, marketplace submissions, and payment workflow metadata needed to operate the service.
  • We also process notification preferences and delivery logs to route email, SMS, push, and in-app updates according to your account settings.

How data is used

  • Data is used to deliver event operations, ticket fulfillment, check-in validation, organizer reporting, security controls, and service support.
  • Connected providers may receive the minimum data required to complete payments, notifications, storage, or fraud prevention checks.

Control and retention

  • Organizers remain responsible for collecting and managing guest information in accordance with their local obligations.
  • You may update profile details, notification settings, and certain account preferences from the product when those workflows are enabled on your role.
  • Operational records may be retained for audit, dispute handling, security review, and financial reconciliation as required by policy or law.
