EventFlow Terms

Terms of service

These terms govern organizer, designer, guest, and admin use of EventFlow workflows, including ticketing, guest management, marketplace activity, scans, notifications, and payments.

Using EventFlow

  • You may create, manage, and share event experiences for lawful purposes only.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of event details, guest lists, ticket content, and any media or copy uploaded to the platform.
  • Access credentials, invitation codes, and admin actions must stay under your control.

Payments and tickets

  • Ticket sales, withdrawals, refunds, and related fees follow the payment configuration active on your account at the time of the transaction.
  • Each organizer remains responsible for taxes, event compliance, and honoring valid tickets issued through the platform.
  • Fraudulent charge attempts, duplicate claims, or manipulated QR flows may lead to account restrictions.

Platform operations

  • We may suspend or limit access when a workflow threatens guests, payment integrity, service stability, or marketplace trust.
  • Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, and connectivity incidents may temporarily affect notifications, payments, scans, or downloads.
  • We may update these terms when the product, legal obligations, or connected services change materially.
